| Comments: | The Executive Committee of the NorCal Board of Directors, on the recommendation of the PAD Committee, rules as follows:
1. Ceres Earthquake: Suspend the coach of the team 3 matches for failing to control his team's spectators. The coach is responsible for his team's spectators and must bare responsibility when they enter the field. All Ceres Earthquakes spectators banned from the team's next 2 games. Ceres Earthquakes placed on probation for 6 months.
2. 2. King's County: Coach Kevin Perret suspended by NorCal for 12 months with a request to USClub to have this suspension enforced by USClub as well. The King's County team is expelled from NorCal competitions. On April 1, 2019, the NorCal Board of Directors will review King's County's membership in NorCal Premier. |
