| Incident Summary: | An Allstars United parent was sent off for taunting players and the referee. After the game the parent who was sent off returned to the parking lot and verbally harassed and threatened the referee again. |
| Comments: | The coach of the All Stars United team is suspended 4 games - 1 for failing to control his team's spectators, 1 for failing to help the referee control his spectators, 1 for the spectator leaving slowly and threatening the referee as he left, and 1 for the spectator returning after the game and threatening and harassing the referee. All of the parents and coaches of this All Stars team are required to attend a Positive Coaching Alliance course at their expense.
