| Incident Summary: | After a hearing, the PAD Committee determined that a mass confrontation occurred and that spectators from both teams entered the field. |
| Comments: | #25 and 21 from Delta and #17 and 6 from SCYSL are suspended 4 games each. The head coach from Delta (Omar Flores) and the head coach from SCYSL (Eric Mendonca) are each suspended 4 games for failing to control their team's spectators. The PAD Committee bans all spectators from the Delta team from attending any matches until October 26, 2019, and all spectators from the SCYSL team from attending any matches until October 19, 2019. NorCal will assign a match inspector, at each club's cost to verify that no spectators attend the matches, the inspector will be paid for by the club. If any spectators are present, the game will be terminated and declared a forfeit in favor of the opponent of the team whose spectators were banned. The PAD Committee recommends to the Executive Committee of the Board that Delta and SCYSL each be placed on probation for 6 months. |
