1) We find no direct evidence that the coach from MFC actively recruited Stockton player. At this time it is the word of Stockton Storm vs Manteca FC
2) The parent from Stockton Storm player in question provided a statement that they approached Manteca FC because they were looking for a change. It is ultimately the parent and childs decision of where to play. If the parent initiates contact then the coach may speak further with the player. There is a 45 day wait for NPL players when transferring. |
