| Comments: | It is against NorCal rules for a coach to coach players at 1 club and then coach those same players the next year at another club. If Mr. Ochoa coaches any players at Napa Sport Soccer in 2017-2018 that he coached at Napa United in 2016-2017 he will be suspended. If a straw man coach is put in place to advance this attempt, Mr. Ochoa, the straw man coach and Napa Sport Soccer will face further discipline from NorCal including, but not limited to, permanent expulsion from the organization.
