| Comments: | PAD Ruling:
1) Team using illegal players is removed from all competitions and forfeits any past results that these players played in.
2) The players in question are suspended from all NorCal events for 1 year. We have also passed this information on to US Club Soccer.
3) Head Coach H Romero suspended for 2 games. Although not aware of illegal players he is still the head coach of a team that played illegal players under his watch.
4) Stockton Monarcas club will be placed on Probation for 6 months starting January 24, 2013 ending July 24, 2013. Any other serious incidents during this time period will result in the PAD recommending removal of the club. The behavior of coaches are ultimately the responsibility of the club.
5) If allegations are to be made against the current head coach of the Manteca FC team they need to be submitted as a new incident report. |
