All of the coaches and all of the parents from both teams are required to attend a PCA course at their own cost and send written evidence of attendance to amittler@norcalpremier.com on or before May 13, 2017. No parents from wither team will be allowed to attend the NorCal NPL Showcase. If any parent from either team attends the NorCal NPL Showcase, their teams will not be permitted to participate in that Showcase.
