| Incident Summary: | Allegation that Tahuichi has played home games in Petaluma without the permission of North Coast or Briceno. It is alleged that Tahuichi does not operate in Petaluma and so should not be playing games or holding practices in Petaluma. |
| Comments: | This is a matter that needs to be reviewed by the Executive Committee of the NorCal Board of Directors. The PAD Committee recommends that these issues be first decided by the involved RAC.
The PAD would then hear appeals from RAC decision. In order for the PAD to be able to review these types of allegations, the PAD would need the following:
1. A definition of the term "geographic area of operation", and
2. A database showing each club's geographic area of operation |
