Incident Summary:
Allegation that ABSC has added a Richmond-based team in violation of the NorCal handbook.
Comments:
The NorCal Executive Committee has reviewed the outstanding PAD Incident Report #5943 and #5944. NorCal attempted to reach out to ABSC in regard to the reports, with no response. Additionally, these are directly linked to ABSC being in violation of the terms of the September 2024 decision by the NorCal Executive Committee, in regards to Incident Report #5801.
As a result of reviewing PAD Incident Report #5943 and #5944, the NorCal Executive Committee has made the decision to place Albany Berkeley Soccer Club probation until July 1, 2026.
