Incident Summary:	Allegation that a Modesto Ajax coach recruited 2 CCU players at a tournament.
Comments:	It is a violation of NorCal rules for a coach, regardless of the teams they coach, to invite players from another club to attend tryouts at thir club outside the tryout window. This includes inviting players to tryout for non-NorCal leagues such as MLS-Next, GA or ECNL. With that said, there is insufficient evidence here to find that the NorCal rules against recruiting have been violated. No action is taken.
