| Comments: | 1. The PAD Committee has no authority over any clubs booking indoor facility. This is a contract matter between the indoor facility and the clubs.
2. If there are texts indicating player recruitment, please file a separate Incident Report for that and provide the texts to the PAD Committee.
3. If a coach is coaching players within 1 year of leaving a club, please provide a list of the players he is coaching in such a manner.
