| Comments: | Despite numerous by the PAD Committee to obtain the identity of the referees from the Blackhawks' Referee Assignor, Mark Bailey, such information has not been provided. As a result, the PAD Committee must take the allegations made as fact and suspends the Blackhawks coach, Rafa Ramirez, 2 games for failing to control his team's spectators. The PAD Committee also recommends to the Board of Directors that Blackhawks be placed on probation for 1 year for the failure of Mark Bailey to provide the information reasonably requested by the PAD Committee to complete its investigation. |
