| Comments: | After investigation, the PAD Committee has determined:
1. Stockton Storm has a certified Referee Assignor
2. Both Referees at the match were properly licensed for 2016.
3. The match should have proceeded with a club linesman only calling out of bounds.
This was handled correctly and the result stands. NorCal reminds Stockton to have 3 referees at all U12 matches. |
