| Incident Summary: | Allegation that FC Bay Area Surf violated the NorCal recruiting rules with respect to the movement of a Clippers player to FC Bay Area. The player had tried out for Bay Area in the spring tryout window and was offered a spot on the FC Bay Area team. The player declined offer and played with Clippers in the fall 2023 season. In addition, the player engages a current FC Bay Area coach as a personal trainer. The personal trainer began working with the player prior to the start of the trainer's employment with Bay Area Surf. |
