Sacramento United appealed this decision and the EC of NorCal Premier on appeal returned this to the PAD Committee for further review. After that decision, Sacramento United still did not provide a response. As a result, there is no change to the PAD Committee's initial decision.
Upon a re-review after a further appeal to the Board of Directors, the PAD Committee reminds Sacramento United that it must follow NorCal rules regarding recruiting regardless of the competition in which the Sacramento United team is competing. |
