| Comments: | As Benicia did not respond to this Incident Report, the PAD Committee takes the allegations as true. Coach Patrick Okoh of Benicia is suspended for 2 games for failing to control his spectators. It is unacceptable for the Benicia referee to eject a team's spectators and not file a PAD Incident Report. A repeat of this type of failure will result in the PAD Committee referring Benicia to the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of NorCal Premier Soccer League for potential club level sanctions. |
