| Incident Summary: | Allegation that a Richmond coach entered the field uninvited to check on an injured player. At that point, the Richmond coach yelled at the referee before tending to the injured player. Further allegation that after the match a Richmond spectator, the Richmond team manager and the coach approached the referee after the match. |
| Comments: | It is never acceptable for any spectator to approach the referee crew after the match for any reason. The PAD Committee finds the reports of the 2 youth AR credible in their allegations against the coach. The coach of the Richmond team, Silverio Ucan Diaz, is suspended 5 games - 2 games for failing to control his team's spectators and 2 for irresponsible behavior and 1 game for abusing youth referees. |
