Regarding De Anza Force using fields in Redwood City
1) De Anza Force should not be training or playing matches in Redwood City specifically Canada College without the approval of the local club Juventus SC
Regarding SAL Academicos
1) The Juventus players in question will be ineligible to participate in NorCal events for 9 months with SAL Academicos or Burlingame SC since the club did not get "written permission" from the Juventus SC. Please review the NorCal Code of Ethics rules #1 and #2.
2) Other issues brought up in the report have not occurred at this time. If need be, Juventus may file a new report if they feel other issues occur. NorCal PAD recommends that both clubs respect each others field space. We also feel these issues should be brought up at your next Region 2 RAC meeting.
3) Any issues involving the USDA need to be brought up with USSF as NorCal has no jurisdiction over those issues. |
