| Incident Summary: | An IR Academy player played even though she was suspended (line through her name on the game card). The IR Academy manager contacted NorCal on the day of the game and NorCal informed the manager via email that the player was suspended. The player was permitted to play and in the game got into a fight and was sent off. |
| Comments: | Robert Moorhouse is suspended from coaching in all NorCal competitions until October 6, 2023. The game is declared a forfeit in favor of Madera United. IR Academy is fined $500 for playing an illegal player.
On appeal, the NorCal Board of Directors reduced the length of suspension. Robert Moorhouse's suspension will now expire on March 1, 2023. |
