| Incident Summary: | Prior to the game Brian Mansell of the SMC team presented electronic passes as opposed to physical passes. When the referee said the team had to present physical passes the coach claimed electronic passes were acceptable. There were further claims that Mansell was argumentative and disrespectful towards the referee crew. Mansell also offered video of the match to the referee after the game in an attempt to have the referee alter his card decisions. |
| Comments: | NorCal has not approved the use of electronic passes. There is no mechanism in NorCal for referees to review video to review their decisions.
Brain Mansell is reminded that he needs to act respectfully towards match officials at all times. The PAD Committee declines to take further action against Brian Mansell as he was not sent off. |
