| Incident Summary: | Fight occurred between several of the players. As the fight broke out, a number of spectators entered the field from both teams. Adult spectators made contact with minor players. |
| Comments: | The PAD Committee recommends to the Board of Directors of NorCal Premier that the Blackhawks teams be expelled from all NorCal competitions and that the ARFC team be expelled from State Cup. The PAD Committee recommends to the Board of Directors of NorCal Premier that both clubs be placed on probation until January 1, 2024. The coach of the ARFC team, Ryann Martinez is suspended 4 games for failing to control the team and its spectators. The coach of the Blackhawks team, Emanuel Vega, is suspended 4 gams for failing to control the team and its spectators.
After review by the Executive Committee of the NorCal Board of Directors, the Blackhawks team is expelled from NorCal's current league and State Cup and the ARFC team is expelled from NorCal State Cup. ARFC and Blackhawks are both placed on probation until January 1, 2024. |
