| Comments: | A 2 man referee system may never be used. It does not matter whether the coaches agree with it or not. Using a 2 man system violates the dictates of the USSF and is unacceptable.
Every club needs a Certified Referee Assignor. If Newark does not have a certified referee by February 15th, then the PAD Committee will recommend to the NorCal Board of Directors that Newark not be allowed to host any home games in the NorCal Spring season. |
