| Comments: | The NorCal rule is that players cannot be written on to the game card. However, due to the continued problems with gotsport, NorCal is making a temporary exception. With that said, NorCal expects all teams to get all players and coaches onto their rosters and will soon no longer allow players to be written. Players who are properly carded to a club may play for multiple teams within the club for a variety of reasons. Only if players are brought to a lower team for the sole purpose of winning a game will NorCal impose a sanction. |
