| Incident Summary: | Several individuals are accused of having coached U11G for Union City Premier in 2014 and are now coaching U12G for Union City Soccer Club. If true this is a violation of Rule 7 of the Norcal code of Ethics. |
| Comments: | Enrique Blancas and Jose Barahona show on game cards as coaches of UC Premier Fillies U11G in 2014. Eddie Valdez has previously been shown to be a coach with UC Premier U11G in 2014. Those individuals may not coach or have any participation, including being in the technical area at any match, for any Union City Soccer Club U12G match in 2015.
If Union City Soccer Club wishes to appeal this decision, such appeal must be filed with the Norcal PAD Committee on or before April 19, 2015. The appeal must include a 1 page written statement from Union City Soccer Club emailed to amittler@norcalpremier.com describing how the PAD Committee erroneously applied Norcal rules and must include a $150 check payable to Norcal Premier Soccer League sent to Norcal's post office box. |
