| Incident Summary: | An FCA player struck an Alameda player receiving a red card. After this incident, the mother of the Alameda player entered the field before being intercepted by the Alameda coaching staff. After this the mother of the FCA player entered the field. |
| Comments: | It is unacceptable at all times for spectators to enter the field of play unless asked to enter by the referee. As Alameda is already on probation, the PAD Committee recommends that the Board of Directors review Alameda's continued membership in NorCal. The PAD Committee recommends that FCA be placed on probation until June 1, 2023. Daniel Moreira, the coach of Alameda, and Brian Normington, the coach of FCA, are both suspended 4 games for failing to control their team's spectators. |
