Comments:

The PAD Commitee reviewed each club's Club Review prepared by NorCal as well as correspondence between the clubs. The PAD Committee, absent 1 club listing a field on its New Club Application does not address field issues unless there is an RAC rule for the applicable region covering the issue. AS there is no such rule here, the PAD Committee finds no violation.
