| Comments: | Coach Franklin is listed as the Coach of the U14G team on the NorCal website. As a result, he may not coach any of the players he coached at Juventus in this age group for 1 year. He needs to be removed as coach of that team and may not coach those players until November 15, 2019. While Coach Franklin may be the Age Group Coordinator for that age group, he may not also be a coach in that age group if any players who played for him at Juventus are on that team.
Coach Eric also may not coach any players at SMC who played for him at Juventus for 1 year. He may resume coaching those players on November 15, 2019.
Unless it can be shown that Coach Ramiro was affiliated with Juventus in a role other than parent, he is not limited as to who he can coach.
The field issue is not a PAD issue and should be addressed with the RAC.
The issue regarding the gotsoccer account and the retention of the binder is not a PAD issue and can be pursued through legal channels. |
