If Lamorinda in fact holds a tryout outside of the tryout window, or if a competitive player moves from another club to Lamorinda as a result of that player trying out with Lamorinda during the Winter tryout window without permission of the Player's then current DOC, the PAD Committee encourages the affected club to file a PAD Incident Report at that time. |
