| Incident Summary: | Allegation that two suspended Merced coaches were coaching at a State Cup match despite the fact that they were suspended. After being removed from the player side of the field, the Merced coaches coached from that side of the field. The Merced coaches were then removed 50 yards from the field. |
| Comments: | Atlas Academy Merced is ordered to identify the coach who was suspended for his actions after the COSC match and provide a copy of his USClub pass to the PAD Committee no later than noon on February 23. Failure to provide this information and the pass will result in further discipline against Atlas Academy.
Atlas Academy is placed on probation until February 19, 2017. Atlas academy must update the Norcal website and correctly identify all of their coaches and team managers no later than March 1, 2015. Luis Bracamontes is suspended from any participation with any team participating in any Norcal event until February 19, 2016. The result of the match between Atlas Academy (Merced) and DeAnza Force is vacated. |
