| Comments: | The PAD Committee recommends that Alliance FC be expelled from NorCal Premier Soccer League and refers this matter to the Executive Committee of the Board for review. The PAD Committee makes this recommendation based on the severity of the underlying incident, the failure to have licensed referees, the failure to provide information when requested, and their history of a similar incident in 2016. The PAD Committee recommends that the Executive Committee require a NorCal match inspector to attend all Alliance home games for the remainder of 2019. Alliance FC shall pay the costs of all match inspectors. The game in question is declared a 3-0 forfeit in favor of Livermore Fusion. |
