| Incident Summary: | A penalty kick was called against DeAnza and the DeAnza coach was dismissed. After this a DeAnza parent became very upset and was ejected from the field complex and escorted away. |
| Comments: | DeAnza Force SC Orange 01B is placed on probation through June 30, 2015. The parents and coaches of DeAnza Force SC Orange 01B are ordered to attend a Parent PCA session prior to June 30, 2015 and provide to Norcal PAD proof of attendance at such session prior to June 30, 2015. Failure to attend the PCA session will result in an extension of the probation. The coach of DeAnza was sent off prior to this incident and is reminded to set a proper example for all parents and players at all times. |
