| Incident Summary: | Allegation that there were numerous events that occurred between the referees and the Vacaville parents culminating with the Vacaville parents locking the gates to the parking lots so that the referees could not depart. |
| Comments: | This type of behavior is absolutely unacceptable. Coach Jeff Zanassi and Coach Omar Zavala are each suspended until March 1, 2018 for their actions and the actions of their parents.
The PAD Committee recommends that the Board of Directors place Vacaville United be placed on probation. |
