| Comments: | East Valley is reminded to only use licensed referees for its matches and to make sure it keeps the contact information on the Norcal website up to date. Given the serious nature of the events leading up to this complaint, East Valley is cautioned that further incidents occurring games hosted by East Valley and officiated by unlicensed will result in further sanctions against East Valley, up to and including being placed on probation and losing the ability to host home games. |
