| Incident Summary: | Allegation that VUSC held an open tryout outside the Region 6 Tryout Window. Subsequent to the open tryouts held by VUSC, VUSC made offers to players from other players. |
| Comments: | The PAD Committee has reviewed the evidence and various statements provided and has determined that VUSC held an open tryout outside of the Tryout Window for Region 6. The PAD Committee refers this matter to the Board of NorCal Premier to determine appropriate sanctions for VUSC.
The NorCal Board, after its review of this matter imposed the following sanctions upon VUSC:
1. VUSC is placed on probation until the end of the 2020/2021 season;
2. The VUSC DOC, Carlos Schulze is suspended from coaching any VUSC team in a game for 3 months from the first published game date of the 2020/2021 season; and
3. 9 points is deducted from each VUSC for the next NorCal season in which they participate. |
