| Comments: | The NorCal Code of Ethics defines a Player as "Any player holding a valid player pass from US Club Soccer and currently playing for an NCPSL or US Club Soccer Club". The player is question had played for the Lamorinda USSF DA program and as of the date when the alleged events occurred did not hold a valid player pass from US Club Soccer. As a result, she is not deemed a Player under the NorCal Code of Ethics, and the NorCal Code of Ethics is not applicable to her. The PAD Committee takes no action. |
