| Comments: | This is an issue to be first be addressed by the Event Coordinator to determine if Oswaldo Negrete properly played in the match. If Oswlado Negrete did not properly play in the match, the Event Coordinator will determine the score and refer this incident back to PAD to determine the reprecussions for using an illegal player. Please address this with the Event Coordinator for these initial decision to be made. |
