| Comments: | The failure of the referee to take action against the Odyseey parent or player leaves the PAD Committee unable to act. The PAD Committee does not discipline players that are not cautioned or sent off by the referee. The Odyssey parents are reminded to act in a sportsmanlike manner and the Odyssey coaches are reminded to control their team's parents. Walnut Creek should insure that only referees qualified to officiate NPL games are assigned to those matches. The Walnut Creek coach should fill out the NPL Match Report. |
