| Comments: | The PAD Committee was asked by the Executive Committee to review this matter, and Incidents 4499 and 4500 to determine whether the Albion Silicon Valley San Mateo and Albion Silicon Valley Redwood City are functionally the same club. The PAD Committee has determined that their is an identity of leadership and players so that essentially the 2 clubs are 1. As a result this club should not be using fields in Redwood City and should only be using fields in San Mateo. This matter is referred to the Board of Directors of NorCal Premier Soccer League for a determination of sanctions. |
