Comments:The NorCal Premier Handbook (Section 1.3) defines a club as follows:
In order for a club to be considered a member of NorCal Premier, the following conditions must be satisfied:
(1) All teams participating in NorCal events must belong to a single legal entity, with a single leadership structure, a single financial structure, and a single governance structure.
(2) All teams participating in NorCal events must have a common Club name, logo, uniform (which should be unique to their club) and practice/play games in the same geographical area of operation.
(3) All teams participating in NorCal events must operate under a single technical structure/plan and report to a single Technical Director, Director of Coaching or Executive Director.
(4) All players participating in NorCal events must be registered under a single US Club ID.
FC Sporting currently has a Nevada registered team (Paris 06B) with all Nevada players and leadership. As this team has not participated in a NorCal event, a violation has not yet occurred. If in the future, FC Sporting enters a Nevada registered team or a Nevada based team in a NorCal event, a violation will be deemed to have occurred.
